Q1–Q2 2026
Executive leadership and department management structure, strategic planning, HR policy development, and program curricula.

Phase 3 — Programmatic & Support Staffing Current Phase
Q3–Q4 2026
Recruiting coordinator staff, intensive onboarding, launching pilot programs, finalizing marketing — culminating in the Grand Opening at the Groove House.

Q1 2027 Onward
Full program enrollment, continuous evaluation through monitoring frameworks, ongoing fundraising, and exploration of future asset acquisitions along the corridor.
